Dr. Aditi Priyamvara
Founder and President
Dr. Aditi Priyamvara, DDS, MHA started EarlyDent Collective out of a simple, honest place – a desire to help new dentists feel less alone as they step out of school and into the real world. Having recently graduated herself, she knew firsthand how overwhelming that shift can be. Despite all the years of study, many fresh dentists find themselves without a clear path or support system.
Aditi didn’t just want to point out the problem – she wanted to build a community. A place where recent grads can ask questions openly, find mentors who get it, share their ups and downs, and grow both as professionals and people.
When she’s not busy building this space for dentists, you’ll find Aditi painting, baking something delicious, or planning her next travel adventure. Those passions capture her creativity, warmth, and genuine curiosity about life.

Dr. Anam Khalid
Vice President
Dr. Anam Khalid, DDS is a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. During her time in dental school, she became deeply aware of the uncertainty and pressure that many new dental graduates face as they step into the professional world. Like our founder, Anam believed there was a need for a supportive community where recent graduates could find guidance, encouragement, and connection.
This shared vision led her to become an integral part of the EarlyDent Collective, where she helps create a space dedicated to mentorship, open dialogue, and professional development. Anam is especially passionate about empowering graduates from all backgrounds to feel confident and supported in the early stages of their careers.
Anam currently lives in Maryland with her husband and daughter. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys photography, dancing, and traveling – creative outlets that reflect her curiosity, joy for life, and appreciation for new experiences.
